Marketing Assistant

Marketing assistants help to implement an organisation's marketing strategy. Supporting the marketing manager, marketing assistants draft press releases, update the website(s) and social media pages, plan events and provide administrative support.

Marketing assistants support the work of marketing managers and executives on projects directed at maximising company profits and developing sales strategies or marketing campaigns.

They also help produce and distribute marketing materials and analyse the impact of marketing campaigns. An entry-level role, marketing assistants are found in many different sectors of the economy, from retailers, audit firms and banks to public sector bodies and charities.

The task of a marketing assistant

- find potential customers
- Search for information on potential customer companies
- sell products and services provided by cluster companies to these companies

Marketing assistants work either part-time or full-time, on a commission basis in proportion to the services sold.

Assistants can also deal with entrepreneurs in person. You will also receive a fee for the information of customer companies found in the register, as long as products can be sold to that company. You don’t necessarily have to sell yourself, but a guy can sell products to someone else’s registered business.

In this case, the commission is divided into parts, but how? It will be revealed later in the weekly meeting. When a product or service is sold to a company, the assistant or assistants receive their remuneration retrospectively. That is, when the customer pays their bills.
